One link. No more back-and-forth.

Most owners lose two or three hours a week to arranging; the texts back and forth, the missed calls, the "what about Tuesday?" This hands that time back.

What your customer sees

It doesn't touch your calendar. That's deliberate.

Nothing gets booked without you saying yes. You see the request, you confirm it, and nobody ends up double-booked because a computer thought you were free. If you'd rather it synced properly with your calendar and confirmed automatically, that's something we can set up, but most people find they prefer having the final say.

The problem

The arranging costs more than the appointment.

Someone rings while you're mid-job. You ring back, they're busy. They text a time you can't do. Four messages later you've got a booking that took ten minutes of a day you didn't have.

Multiply that across a week and it's most of an afternoon spent arranging rather than working.

What you get

  • A booking page with your hours on it; Your days, your slots, your business name.
  • A link and a QR; Text it, print it, put it on your website.
  • Details captured up front; Name, number, and what they're booking for.

Where to use it

  1. In your text replies

    The single highest-value placement.

    1. Save the link as a shortcut on your phone.
    2. When someone asks about availability, send the link instead of a time.
    3. Add; "Pick whatever suits and I'll confirm it."
  2. On your Google profile

    Lets people book without ringing.

    1. Paste it into the Appointment link field.
    2. Mention it in a post so it shows in search.
  3. On your voicemail and out-of-hours reply

    Catches people when you're shut.

    1. Change your voicemail; "If it's a booking, text me and I'll send a link."
    2. Set the same as an auto-reply on the business mobile.

Common mistakes

  • Opening the whole diary. Leave yourself gaps. A calendar with no slack is how you end up working late.
  • Slots too long, or too short. Base it on a typical job plus ten minutes, not the best case.
  • No reminder. Most no-shows are forgetfulness, not rudeness. A message the day before catches most of them.

What to expect

This won't fill an empty diary. Nothing does that on its own. What it saves is the arranging, which for most people is a couple of hours a week they were never paid for.
